"Perfect place to stay when touring central Scotland or just for a few relaxing days away."

The location . The amazing river running past the property, such a soothing sound. The privacy. The size of all the rooms. Very cosy, great heating. Amenities, dishwasher and washing machine. Great TV and choice of channels. Lovely staff. Great value.

No en suite The shower curtain that sticks to you😣 The bath needs replaced. Avoid the swimming pool when kids lessons are on.

The location, amenities and use of hotels spa facilities

The rooms are downstairs. Toilet facilities downstairs would be good as I had older people with me and they struggled during night up abd downstairs
