New Lanark Self Catering Waterhouses

We have stayed in the lodges before number, 6 now 1 could not fault surrounding,s

The furniture would be nicer if it was more comfortable

Beautiful place, I have stayed in the hotel before, never the Waterhouses. Bedroom downstairs was huge, everything else upstairs and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were lovely and we had use of the pool area also. Right next to the water which was lovely. Bed was really big.

The living is area is really quite uncomfortable, I wasn't expecting a full size sofa but it is tiny and there was a chair that was really uncomfortable. The shower went cold and I was unable to reach the reception by phone so I had to walk round, which took about 1 minute (but an inconvenience when you are ready to go in the shower!). It was fixed fairly quickly but put our plans back so we were out later than planned. No extra blankets up/downstairs.

Dog friendly and lovely staff. Apartments were well equipped and spacious. Great location and plenty to see and do. Food was scrumptious and spacious was relaxing

All was good. No negativity

Located right beside the hotel for meals, swimming and spa. Spacious. Very warm.
