Greenwoods Thekkady - A Five Star Classified Resort

The property was exceptional, beautifully layout, clean and a great place to stay. A special thanks to Ayub who showed us to our room and went over the various activities we could attend if we wished.

The bathroom was a bit dated

We recently stayed overnight at Greenwoods Resort in Thekkady, and our experience was nice and comfortable. While nothing stood out as extraordinary, the accommodations were satisfactory. We opted for the Premium Pool Suite, which was spacious and well-appointed. Although the pool was clean, we didn’t get a chance to use it due to continuous rain. The front office staff were polite but did not go out of their way to make us feel special or particularly welcome. Their approach was more reserved and less enthusiastic. Due to our exhaustion, we spent most of the day resting. The food was okay, not particularly remarkable, but satisfactory. Room service was prompt and attentive, ensuring our needs were met. Dinner was enjoyable, and while breakfast was not very elaborate, it was good enough. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay at Greenwoods Resort, Thekkady.

The place was too good that we did not roam out and spent most of the time in the resort. Location was excellent and the property was too good. The hospitality of the staff was so good and everybody were very warm and smiling. Aswathy and Sona from the frontdesk were very helpful. Food was so amazing too. Laundry service was prompt and was not expensive. On arrival, they treated us with cardamom garlands, tikka and hot cup of coffee. I had asked for a cake and it was prepped too well with no eggs.

There's absolutely nothing to like in this place.

It is at one of the best locations with lot of site seeing options and activities. Most of them are close by and easily reachable. Rooms were spacious and the staff was good.

Seems to be overpriced slightly since for a booking of more than 14K INR , breakfast was not complimentary.
