CASA MARE

Emplacement au centre de Monopoli. L'espace de l'appartement 90 m2, 2 chambres. Le parking n'est payant que le week end sur ligne bleue.

Il s'agit d'un balcon non privatif à l'avant qui est un passage commun à un autre appartement, pas d'intimité. La saison a été froide ( octobre) et le chauffage n'est autorisé qu'à partir de novembre. Pas d'isolation châssis. ( bruits camion, poubelles et passage de touristes). Salle de bain à rénover. Sinon belle vue sur la mer et bien équipé ( machine à laver, cuisine, frigo...).

Casa Mare is a beautiful property in a fantastic location in the old historic centre. Check in was contactless and seamless. Sea views from the living area and balcony were gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay here and would definetely return and stay at Casa Mare again in future. Lucy.

Great location, beautiful view of the old town from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable

A bit noisy but not too bad

Should be a 5 star review even despite the 200m walk from the nearest drop off point, the stairs in front of the apartment and the challenge of finding a car park each day because this place is in such a great spot with a balcony view of the walking street below and the sea, heaps of room inside and it's an authentic Monopoli old building. The only thing it lacks is a smart tv, but even that can be overlooked. But.....when simple things like a tea towel, dishwashing liquid and more than one roll of toilet paper are not supplied for a 3 night stay, unfortunately 4 stars it must be.

Lack of attention to detail

Location was great and apartment was spacious.

The apartment was little shabby and the kitchen was not very well equipped. The use of backside balcony was very limited because of the pigeons.

The location, wow! You get ocean views directly from your apartment, with a bunch of restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is won't enough for 4 to be comfortable, maybe even one more (or two of you squeeze). Liked the nice comfy chairs by the front window for watching the ocean. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had the essentials for 6 - 8. Would definitely rent this unit again when visiting Monopoli!

The checkin process was awkward. Host insisted that I use a payment system I had never heard of and then asked is to pay by bank wire, which put is possible scam red flags to is. However, it was all worked out and was a legit (remote) company that I was dealing with. The couch is just decorative... not comfortable at all. The only other issue we had was just our unlucky timing - the access to the closest sandy beach is closed for construction (but the plans look great for future visitors one it's done!). However, we still enjoyed visiting the closest rocky beach.
