"The facilities were gorgeous and a great stay in the area, but the restraunt needs a new plan."

Our room, a Junior Suite, had an excellent view and private terrace. The staff was excellent. We are especially thankful to the kind staff member who helped us with renting the Chateau's electric bikes. It was our first time using them and we are hooked. Riding through the St. Emilion vineyards was our favorite memory of our time in the Bordeaux region! We had a lucky sunny warm stay in early April, and even got a few hours by the gorgeous pool! We are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and the staff put rose petals and towel swans on our bed. So charming! Best welcome ever!

The restaurant was disorganized and very overpriced for the micro servings. The food was good, but not great. When talking to a nearby vineyard owner about the area's restraunts, they said that the Chateau restaurant had that reputation. Very happy to have a gym, but it is the size of a very large closet. At one point, I wanted to work out and there were 3 people squished into that small space.

The rooms are convenient. The swimmingpool is absolutely fine with warm water. Food is excellent, breakfast and dinner.
