The property was very clean and tidy Easy to locate your lodge on arrival
It could be better sign posted at the entrance as we drove past it not seeing any signs telling us that the lodge’s where there.

I liked cosy feel , privacy , surroundings , hot tub was lovely .
Unfortunately i arrived in the dark and didnt notice map displayed in car park ,i struggled for 40 mins to find the correct lodge , i didnt see signs or numbers on lodges , which would help for someone whos slightly cluesless. Apart from that everything was lovely and would definately visit again

"Had a cheek to ask for a deposit, when the place wasn’t up to standards and facilities it working fully"

Very dirty, very exposed, half the hot tub wasn’t working, things were broken or damaged and repaired badly, sofa was so disgusting that we didn’t want to sit on it with large stains
