LUC’est une belle petite maison, bien équipée et bien entretenue dans un quartier résidentiel de Vathy. A deux pas de la maison se trouvent un restaurant et des commerces. Le centre-ville et la gare routière sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied, le port à 20 minutes. Le propriétaire est serviable et adorable.
