Barmston Beach Caravan Hire

Caravan was not clean. Spoke to owner who agreed to give full refund but not received yet. Owner told me he would raise cancellation with Booking.com but when i contacted Booking.com they had not heard from owner

The balcony made our stay having a suntrap till the sun went down , a lovely view of corn fields and meadows. You have a sea view inside the caravan which was lovely.

It did smell of a wet dog when we first got there, but we opened all the windows went to the pub then came back and it was fine. The night lamps in the bedroom didn't work, also no low lighting in the living room for coziness . The hot water wasn't working but we phoned the owners and they spoke us through it over the phone..

Everything was lovely and comfortable and was spacious too good facilities was very happy

Messing with the heating to not either be frozen or too hot, wasn’t the cleanest of places in the main living /kitchen are but bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean

Great location and everyone on site was very friendly

Shower needed cleaning out it was all bunged up causing the basin to almost over flow. But this is the only real issue we had

Poor communication with owner no. Gas in van no hot water phoned owner said he would see to it but did nothing went reception who sorted it heart nothing from owner would no t recommend ro anyone
