Near to beach with lovely walks. Comfortable double bed.. spacious accommodation well equipped.

Cleanliness.. there was one issue which I reported that didn’t get resolved. Initially contact with the owners was good they quickly sorted out an issue with electricity tripping however the cleaning issue has still not been resolved.

Great owners who sorted our gas issue out straight away , perfect location for driving off to Bridlington. Black Bull pub 10 min walk away

Pleasantly surprised to realise it was situated on a Park Dean resort as I have stayed in many of their caravans because they are always in picturesque spots. This didn't disappoint as there were cliffs and beach within walking distance which was amazing. All the bar and entertainment was closed due to being out of season. I couldn't access the caravan via the road as there was roadworks upon entry and exit which caused problems accessing and leaving with muddy access, the parking space outside the caravan was water logged/muddy so I used an empty caravan spot. Upon entry I was greeted with a black bag of rubbish, a dirty caravan, toilet seats on the floor (broken) dirty bedding on the floors and beds not made up. The caravan was cold & damp with condensated windows throughout. The owner was very apologetic about this and offered a full refund 'right away' due to all of this with the night stay on being on them. I didn't expect this but was grateful and thought id try make the most of it. I chased this up over a week later as I'd informed my friend to expect a refund and the owner advised they'd asked booking.com to do this. I chased with booking.com & they advised they had received no instructions to do so and advised the owner was not responding to their calls. I contacted the owner again to advise a refund had not been received - they said they would do this directly but again, unfortunately still didn't receive it. We woke with a chesty cough from our nights stay due to the cold damp air (despite using heaters) which developed in to chest infection. Disappointed with the whole experience sadly.

We always stay near by in other caravans and we find it great for a short break. Comfortable and cosy.

We noticed the toilet seat was broken at the back when we arrived but it wasn't a problem because we used the other toilet.

The caravan was lovely and clean in a good spot for beach everything was there you need lovely site friendly people

Comfortable and cosy

No hard standing for car. Got stuck in the quagmire on arrival and had to get staff on site to help me get car out. The wood chippings at bottom of steps need replacing with slabs. Sludge got trampled in everywhere.
