The room was spacious, comfortable, and featured a lovely balcony that provided a relaxing atmosphere. Every detail contributed to a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options. Special thanks to Bianca and the other ladies for their warm hospitality and attentive service each morning. I like to acknowledge Mr. Elly from the night shift, who provided a warm and professional welcome upon my arrival. His kindness and helpful attitude were greatly appreciated. I was also impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided, including earbuds, which reflected the hotel's attention to guest comfort. In short, What I had seen on the website, reflects the reality and pictures were accurate, which made my expectations easy to meet.Thanks Treasures of Zanzibar, my wife had lots of pictures and memories here.

La ubicación en el centro de Stone Town rodeado de tiendas y también está cerca del puerto para hacer excursiones. El trato del personal fue estupendo, muy amables y serviciales. La habitación era amplia y limpia y la cama muy cómoda.

Sehr schöne Lage mitten in Stonetown und super freundliches Personal. Wir kamen sehr spät an, da unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Da das WLAN bei uns in der dritten Etage nicht funktionierte, haben der Inhaber und der Staff fast 2 Stunden daran gearbeitet, bis wir WLAN hatten. Das Frühstück war das beste auf unserer gesamten Reise. Vielfältige Auswahl, frisch zubereitet. Die Muffins habe ich im Backofen backen sehen und auch hier wieder absolut freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert, von welcher man einen tollen Ausblick auf Stonetown hat. SIM-Karten können im Hotel erworben werden. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und schön ausgestattet. Sogar ein Kühlschrank war vorhanden, ebenfalls ein Safe. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Flughafentransfer haben wir ebenfalls über das Hotel genutzt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief super schnell, freundlich und reibungslos.

Le personnel a été à notre petit soin, d’une très grande gentillesse et aide. Toute l’équipe a été présente, réactive pour que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux, et tout cela en étant souriant tout le temps. Merci au staff.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Zawsze uśmiechnięta.Połozenie hotelu idealne do zwiedzania Stone Town. Bardzo głośno, to jedyna wada. 2 noce jednak da radę to wytrzymać 😄 Dziękuję i pozdrawiam

Really friendly staff

Die Unterkunft war wundervoll. Wir können uns gar nicht beschweren! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unfassbar nette Personal und Manager. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und super. Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es war wunderbar.
