Ulu Villa

It was really nice, comfortable bed and incredible toilet.

The outside zone its small and not that new as the photo.

So beautiful and cosy

Outdoor kitchen meant lots of flies and breakfast was fairly basic

Nothing

The room was full of Fly Ants. All the doors and windows were locked but there were fly ants in the room as soon as we checked in at night. When we found the fly ants in the room, the manager had already left by then and there was no on-site supervisor at night so we had to clean it ourselves. There were also Fly Ants underneath the bed mattress. We had to remove the mattress and clean Fly Ants that was present underneath the bed mattress. It took us 1 hour to clean the mattress. We asked for help but we were informed that the manager would come next morning. The bed wasn't clean before we check in. Then the toilet sink was leaking and the toilet floor was flooded with water. The pool was infested with leeches. We were then shifted to the next villa next morning. The whole situation ruined our first night in Uluwatu, there was just one trouble after another. Worst experience ever. Too expensive for the service you get.

The interior and exterior of the villa was really amazing 10/10. The bathroom was breathtaking moment you walk in and was really modern which I loved. Staff friendly and really attentive.

Did not provide bathroom toothbrushes

It was very clean and our host Helen was very hospitable in making sure our stay was very welcome and comfortable for us

Nothing - we do usually like winding down with watching some television at the end of the day but this wasn’t a big deal missing out.
