Ulu Villa

Fantastic villa with pool and generous size bathroom.

Construction noise.

Location, privacy and cleanliness were amazing. Helen was very attentive, helpful and on top of things.

Big bed, nicely furnished room, outdoor kitchen, very attentive host.

Bathroom smelled like urine and strong cleaning products, soap smelled really awful. Not many places within walking distance.

Helen was so sweet I got stuck getting back from the Gili islands due to weather and she waited up until 2:30am to meet me and let me in, and still came to make breakfast the next morning! was super attentive on WhatsApp, easily contactable and quick to respond.

I loved the exterior and interior design of the property. The lay out of bed facing the pool was amazing and loved the table outside next to a fringe where you can enjoy and drink with good company. The bathroom made you feel like you were in a million dollar mansion with its design and high bath tub and duo sink and the duo style shower was very impressive.

There was nothing I could see that made me dislike the property. Hellen made our stay extra special with always checking up on myself and my partner and make sure we are comfortable and she came every morning to cook us delicious meals. A suggestion I would make for future customers is to order the pancake. Loved it so much.

The villa is stunning. Lovely decor throughout and the air con in the bedroom was delightful after coming in from outside. The villa is very central to restaurants / bars. We were able to prearrange a bike for our stay and this was available on checking in. We met Helen at the villa and she was looked after us during our stay. Helen was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us, she was very responsive whenever we needed anything and she often checked in to see how we were doing and always double checked what we would like for breakfast the following morning. Having a bike meant we could get to and from places very easily, although grab/Gojek are readily available. Beaches and beach clubs are about 20-30 minutes away. Would definitely rebook if we ever returned to Uluwatu

This stay was perfect for the start of our honeymoon! Helen made us feel super special with roses on the bed on our arrival. Every morning we were cooked breakfast and our room was cleaned. It was a great distance from the main strip so we Gojekked everywhere. We really liked the privacy & the modern feel of the stay. Nothing to dislike!! Thank you Helen for your professionalism & making our honeymoon very special. We would definitely recommend to friends!!

Overall, we had a great stay at this villa! The property was beautiful, with a nice small swimming pool, and we especially loved the freshly cooked breakfast served every morning—it was a wonderful way to start the day. However, there were a couple of downsides. The bathtub was quite frustrating to use—the hot water would run out halfway through filling, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for it to heat up again. By then, the water in the tub would get cold, making it pretty much useless. Additionally, we were surprised to find no hair dryer or brush when we arrived, though the staff did provide them the next morning after we asked. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, hopefully with these small improvements addressed in the future!
