Apartamentul este curat, dragut amenajat, situat la parterul unui bloc, cu parcare in fața blocului.

Ca sugestie, fiind la parter, geamul de la bucatarie ar putea fi acoperit (perdea/jaluzea) pentru mai multa intimitate.
