"Clean, comfy, convenient, great VFM."

Very close to the center, retail park, restaurants and cafes, convenient parking. Exceptionally clean and comfortable studio, brand new, very comfy bed. Pull out couch can accommodate kids comfortably.

Entrance/hallway of the apartnemt building looks very run down, dirty and dodgy. Nothing the owner can do about it, I suppose, but just to be warned. Also, ground floor in a residential building, so if You are sensitive to people talking loudly just under Your window, it might not be for you.

The apartment was very clean, near to the parks as we traveled with our kid. The supermarket was really close to the apartment. We even spent time with some neighbours which were very nice to us.
