Sucio, humedades por todos lados.

La ubicacion era estupenda, la cama muy comoda, y apartamento bien equipado, muy completo.

Pared con pared hay un pub/discoteca para estudiantes que desde las 9h +- hasta las 2/3a.m estan dando golpes en nesas y poniendo musica muy alta. Ni la discoteca ni la casa estan insonorizandas, por lo que si tienes mal dormir... no es tu apartamento. Y no molestan, tu entras y sales de casa normal, pero el portal/rellano es un piso compartido, y una de las puertas es el apartamento.

Très bon emplacement dans Bairo alto. L’appartement est bien équipé. Cuisine bien équipé. Climatisation fonctionnel. Parfait pour quelques jours. Logement calme. Contrairement au précédent commentaire, même avec les bar environnants on entends rien.

Il faisais terriblement chaud la journée dans la chambre en mezzanine car sous les toits et même avec la climatisation allumée. Mais le soir heureusement la température redescend. La douche mérite d’être amélioré, la cabine est vraiment petite.

REALLY worn Down and dirty. It looks like there is barely any cleaning at all. The place is like a bachelor party bungalow. Not recommended unfortunately

It is difficult to say anything nice about it.

My expectations about the accommodation with a score of 4.7 were not high but after staying two nights in the apartment 4.7 is very generous. I travel a lot in Portugal and stayed at a wide range of accommodation with some as cheap as 40€ per night. All were significantly better. So where do I start. First the good news. Abu was as a good and helpful contact. Although asking to complain to him rather than post here is my obviously a ploy as reported faults from previous occupants were not rectified. Having almost been electrocuted when plugging in an appliance in the presence of the key holder was not a good start. That led me to only using the socket in the kitchen for my electronics as I did not want to risk damage by faulty wiring etc. I could not get the shower apart from a dribble of water at first but maybe that is me. The TV in the sitting room did not work at all and the one on the mezzanine would power up but the remote did not work. As far as the mezzanine is concerned it is almost impossible not to bang your head if yours heading down the steep stairs facing forward. A very poor design. The place was relatively clean but very shabby and certainly not like the photos. It looked like major DIY fails everywhere and cheap and tatty furniture, Even the door between kitchen and the sitting room was partially off the hinges.
