nothing. the place is a fraud. STAY AWAY?!!!!

Evrrything. it is a flea bitten flop house. I would not house sn snimal there. it was ialmost impossible to find in a bad area

The hotel for being one of the cheaper ones a fair deal. However do not expect a clean and well maintained place. Location is fairly central and if you don’t mind walking within walking distance of Colaba and even Marine Drive. Very local area and nearest station is Masjid. Marked and restaurants nearby. There is a lift.

The room was not clean and the same goes for the bathroom. You can easily hear the neighbors. Reception will try to get a little more money out of you when you pay the room. Be observant. On the confirmation it is stated you can check in anytime. This is not true and a fee will be applied if you check in early. They do not accept credit cards even though it is stated in the booking. After asking several times they did offer the option but would charge 10% extra for taking card payment. The above I could live with but do not let them take a photo of your booking from your phone. They will use the booking number and the pin to write your evaluation of the place on booking.com. Giving the place a 10 in your name. That I find criminal and unforgivable.

Nothing they cancelled my reservation without notice

When they realized that no room was available for me, they made excuses and were not helpful at all. Actually, I made a second reservation through the booking.com platform while at the reception of the hotel and it went through and was accepted even though they did not have any room available. So I had to use another reservation platform to be able to have a room. This is the first time that this has happened to me with Booking.com. I don't think this property should be on your site

It was very dirty it didn’t match up to the photos they shared on booking.com

The room was fairly big , had a working tv , duvet , study table cum wardrobe, en-suite toilet, breakfast included, working lift, working air con.

They are under maintenance which is why there was no room cleaning , stained bedsheet duvet, stinking room, no running hot water, additional cost for water, poor room service , rude staffs but friendly owner. Initially they gave me a room without key and then came to know that the room lock was broken which they should have told me in the beginning this can cause security issues later as per my request they have moved me to another room

Stole my booking account to put comment. Beware, scam.
