Nice room and bed. Good central location

Very disorganised staff and booking system, they couldn't easily find the booking and the level of communication and comprehension of the staff was poor . One part of the room was very dusty while the main part of the room was clean

They didn’t clean properly, used soap was there in my washroom and washroom was dirty and i booked through booking.com and they are try to charge more
