"Not stayed cause no room on arrival date"

I didnt stay at Daffon villa,as I made a reservatio n a Day before and when i come they said I cant stay that night,just the second night,took me to other place called Lavander homestay or something,where I actually stayed... There everything were really good,clean and tidy,as I stayed both nights there... I would be back to Lavander homestay...

Take reservation and tommorow said that I cant stay isnt great expirience,luckly there is plenty places in negombo to choose and stay

"Great hosts, property could be better but absolutely worth the money!"

The hosts were really amazing and gave us a great breakfast and they have a really cute baby so that was a bonus!

Property could definitely be in a better condition, the bathroom was pretty much unusable

"disappointing"

location was good, near by a restaurant and short drive to the airport. owner helped us to buy food at night.

the room was not what we booked on booking. we received another room, much smaller, had no cupboard, had no mosquito nets, and looked like someone was living there and just left for a day so we can stay. The room was full of personal belongings, that no one even bothered to take out: shoes, suitcases and more. it had no pillows, and we had to wait hours untill we received them in the night, and it required several calles for repeating reminders we agreed with owner he will come at 07:30 with breakfast and instruct us on the way to the train. He came at 09:15! we lost all morning waiting and also.missed the train. all in all not a good expearience for us, and i do not see us coming back

"Very good Homestay"

Very good Homestay - very kind & nice family, - they help you with everything you need - big & spacious room where you fill find mosquito net & sofa to sit & relax - they make very good & local food, free tea & cofee & breakfast. - close to the airport, so you can use local transportation as buses, trains. - you will know the local culture & have a new family! - nice common area to have dinner & breakfast with the family & other guest.
