The Annex

The Annex was amazing just what I needed to relax and recharge

Everything. Basically going from home to home. Cleanliness smelt beautiful.

It didnt have a oven but it was okay we made do with the airfryer. It had a small back yard but still wasnt allowed to smoke there we had to go out onto the street which didnt look nice.

Two of us spent 4 nights at Ian and Jeni's and it really was a treat. It's exactly like the photos. The annex has its own entrance so you don't need to worry about stepping on anybodys toes. The minute we walked in there was a lovely smell throughout (but not overpowering) and it was spotless. The accommodation has everything you could ever want and so much more. There is such a high level of attention to detail with added extras I've never had before like multiple toilet rolls, hand wash for both sinks, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a flannel, towels that catered for larger people! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal if you wish. The bed is the most comfortable bed we've ever had away from home, my partner even went as far to say he prefers it over our own bed. There's a large selection of board games if you fancy on an evening. There's a smart TV with it's own Netflix account available to use. Wifi was perfect. Having a parking space is a massive bonus as well as having a small outside space for us to use exclusively. The area is wonderful, such a great location and perfect base for us. Ian and Jeni are wonderful hosts, they are extremely friendly and were open to giving plenty of recommendations for the local area. I could go on and on, if you're hesitating, give it a book and you won't regret it! 😊

Excellent, really clean & very helpful hosts!

Hosts Jeni and Ian were very friendly and recommended a few places to go to. There’s also a map on one of the the walls showing what there is to do locally. The Annex had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. It is also in a great location and not far from the shops or the beach. The beach is a few minutes walk away and Adventure Island and the Pier are about 40-50 minutes walk away. I would highly recommend staying at the Annex and we would stay here again
