The directions and security check was not a hustle and frustrating the place was very beautiful like in the pictures no disturbance it was peaceful again thank you

The bed matrass was very uncomfortable you could feel the spring please replace it for the next guest if possible

I liked everything usually.

Getting the keys was easy

Water was cold in the morning and the bed is nit comfortable at all it has sound

Every thing was in order perfect and it was very clean also we feel safe🙌🏽

What I didn’t like is that we’ve booked for Friday 9 May 11 May Sunday but on our last days of coming we were told we can’t have two nights we will have one night which is Friday to Saturday morning can you imagine we’ve already had plans..We were so disappointed with that 😔😔

There were no cleaning supplies , no broom or mop so cleaning after ourselves was difficult and the bed sheets had stains.

1.The apartment was immaculate and thoroughly cleaned. 2. Good host. 3. Wifi access 4. Close to Gateway..

1. The bed was wonky and sinking in. 2. The lounge curtain needs to be thicker. Too much light from call center at night. 3. Bathroom lacks shelving for toiletries and shower stuff.
