location outside building was not very safe and lots of noises

no aircon and had to keep windows wide open to survive heat which lead to 0 sleep due to noises outside no hot water in shower, broken toilet seat, shower water pressure was low and bed blue through over was full of hair and found old very dirty in the bed (green color)

Neatly presented new , well furnished, comfortable, and nicely decorated apartment, which should privide a comfortable short stay, especially if on a business trip. A small Christmas gift on the coffee table - a thoughtful touch this time of year. X-mas decor on the front door - a nice little touch again, considering the season. Good security Safe parking Proximity to shops, take aways etc. Easy access to free ways. Short drive to Umhlanga beach. Less than 10 minutes.

Overlooked by a multi story office block that seem to operate 24/7, with balconies staff use for smoking, whilst staring into the apartment. No privacy. No view, other than looking at this office block and the staff smoking on the balconies This building also caused noice polution throughout the night. Wi-Fi was unavailable, though a Username and Password was provided, prior arrival. An access code was required to enter and exit through vehicle boom gate. This code was however never provided and the actual system apparently down. This made entering and leaving with your vehicle an ordeal as each time upon entering or leaving you had to proof that you actually legit. Good on a security point of view, but not so pleasant do deal with daily. Communication between establishment and guest is poor and basically non existent.. Upon requesting assistance in regard to the WiFi issue experienced as well as the issue with the absence of an access code, no response was received up until day 4 of my stay.( 2nd last day of stay) This response though was more of an attack and redirecting of blame, instead of providing any kind of solution or any attempt to actually rectify the lack of these basic services , paid for as being advertised as being available. Poor water pressure in the the shower. Poor hot water control as water kept running cold in the shower. No aircon, which in Durban is a necessity, rather than a luxury. A fan was available though, but unfortunately, there was no 2 point plug to actually plug it into. Your only option was to disconnect the TV and it's router, should you want to use the fan. No glasses, other than water glasses available. A bit tacky and weird having a glass of wine out of a water glass. No plate cover for the microwave available. Heating up anything an issue. Though the block has noise rules up, I experienced 2 nights of other ocupants partying, which turned to arguments and and shouting right up until 05h30 the morning.
