"Coastal town house"

Beautiful spacious apartment with fantastic view and great location. Beds comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bedrooms. Sunny balcony late afternoon

We were text tge wrong number of the apartment so we thought it was number 28. The email did say 24 but we only went back to this after trying to get into 24. We were told the garage key was with the door key. It wasnt. Turns out the garage door is operated by remote once into the property which we didnt discover until 24 hours later. Upon arrival we did contact agency and they said someone would come round with a key! They didnt. Fortunately there was a parking space on the street but we were very lucky to get this. Staff at agency need ro be given details of the property. Someone should have been able to message and tell us it was elecronic opening once acess gained to property

"Family break"

Gorgeous apartment, veiw from balcony and location was excellent

One of the twin beds needs replacing, a really bad dip in the middle leading to the family member having a disturbed sleep. Parking not great.

"Stunning views, relaxing stay."

Fabulous location with stunning views. 3 storey townhouse with living/kitchen/diner and large balcony with bi-fold doors to the top floor. Key box to the side of the building near the iron gate. Great size garage, got our 4x4 in. Garage door is electric with remote fob in garage, its tempremental and not clear which button to press to open/close. Beautiful airy accomodation. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Good powerful showers. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery, pans, baking trays. Clean fridge and freezer, cooker,hob and dishwasher. Its a great place to relax and chill and within walking distance for everywhere in Whitby. Very happy with what I paid for a short mid-week break (June 2025) for a four double/twin roomed house. Clean towels and bedding on arrival. Comfy sofas and good T.V.. Dining table seats 8. Layout of the house is perfect. The house is clean and fresh. What can let it down is the paintwork, its worn, knocked and scuffed through use. This did not effect our stay, but can understand other comments that might say it looks dirty, it isnt dirty just knocked/scuffed. Largest plates are chipped and could do with replacing. I would go back in a heartbeat.

"An excellent property in a great location"

Location and view. Bright and airy

Couldn’t fault the property only niggle was the amount they requested for early access. Almost £100 to get in an hour early!!!

"Excellent property,would stay again."

It was in a great location. It had all facilities you could ever need. Beds were comfy and the bi fold doors with the view were an excellent feature. Definitely stay again. On entry first bedroom has a sofa bed, double bed and ensuite with bath. Upstairs you have a twin and double bedroom they share an ensuite with a shower. There's another doubleroom with windows to the boats on the water this has a shower en suite too. Kitchen has all facilities and crockery needed. Fridge and freezer, dishwasher. Table and chairs to sit on the balcony too. There's a washer dryer downstairs. The garage is for a small car only. Street parking available if you can get parked otherwise there's a paid carpark down the road.

Could have been slightly cleaner but appreciate the cleaners have a quick turn around.

"Top quality property in great location badly let down by a poor management company"

The location was great. Very high quality property with stunning harbour views

Poor management. The instructions to find the key box were missing and the property did not have a house number - you would not guess that 24b was the left hand property!! Took several phone calls and 45 mins to get access. We then found the family bathroom door was jammed shut. It then took many more phone calls to get this sorted at 11 at night. Host and stay are a very large property management company and you have to go through their call centre who seemed powerless to do anything. The downside of the great location is that parking for additional cars is an expensive nightmare and the garage is only good for a small car.
