Location, easy access to V.A. Palo Alto Medical Facility

We were told we would have a king size bed, it was a queen size and it was advertised with breakfast, none was available. Grounds keeper started trimming shrubs near our room around 5:00pm and using a blower at our door. Debris was not even blown away or cleaned up.
