Comfy beds clean room

The coffee pot didn't work right and sprayed me with hot water . Maybe I'm just not smart enough to use it :-) but they had a huge microwave, so I was able to heat the water anyway

Old bathrooms, not clean, dusty and rusty. Pool is dirty and a lot of mold

The location on El Camino is great. Many facilities nearby. The room is clean and has both refrigerator and microwave. You can’t beat the location for the price midweek in Palo Alto.

The door to the office was very hard to open. The receptionist had to come and open it for me each time I entered. Also, my card key was hard to work. But after returning to the office, I eventually got it.

The only thing that I can say went well is that they placed us next to each other

But I didn't like about the property is that I booked it specifically based on the location and based off the fact that it had a pool when I got there the pool was full of bugs leaves on the bottom dirt on the bottom look like a vacuum hadn't been across it in quite some time on top of it inside of my room I found someone else's belongings a clip and a shirt which makes me feel like they didn't clean the bed so I had to go to the closest Walmart to get sheets blankets pillows just to feel comfortable enough to sleep because clearly if someone else's stuff was left in the bed they probably didn't change the sheets when I brought it to her attention she just said oh okay and that was it I will definitely never be returning in any way shape or form
