Location. Bus to Leeds hourly close by. Bright and airy feel as house on a rise. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower.

Mattress in 2nd ground floor bedroom very tired/poor making it impossible to sleep on due to every spring making itself know. Upstairs room contains the boiler which wakes up the occupants and if they use the bathroom it sounds like a herd of elephants as the floor is so creaky even when they try very hard to tip toe. Very restricted headroom upstairs meaning great care required at all times, not really a ‘bedroom’ . We booked because it had 3 bedrooms but in reality only one was usable/comfortable in reality.

Everything you need in a holiday let. Tranquility.

Quiet location, good parking, very comfortable accommodation which was well equipped.

Fabulous location - lovely quiet area, a few minutes walk to the beautiful Roundhay park + eating places & shops nearby. Spacious accommodation Lovely garden We also liked all of the books, art and houseplants!

The upstairs bedroom was ok, but not as nice as the other two. Restricted headroom + the boiler was noisy. A pint of milk waiting in the fridge would’ve been really welcomed, for a much needed cuppa after a long journey!

We enjoyed our family get together in this very comfortable, warm, well equipped bungalow in a great location - walking distance from Roundhay Park and only a few miles from Leeds city centre

Cosy property with fully equipped kitchen. I also like the dining area.
