The Quale Villa

My stay at Quale Villa was truly unforgettable. The villa offers breathtaking views of the lush rice paddies, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The pool area is just as stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery that makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience even more special. Their kindness and hospitality added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Quale Villa to anyone looking for a tranquil and picturesque getaway.

ホテルの目の前に広がる緑と田んぼの景色がとてものどかで素敵。プルメリアが咲く庭、プールがとてもキレイ。ケトルや電子レンジなど設備も十分。朝食のフルーツプラッターがとても美味しい。もう１泊したかった、ゴールへ来るならまたここへ宿泊したい。ホテルのスタッフは穏やかで安心できる。

Abbiamo sooggiornato qui per 2 notti, anche se inizialmente avevamo previsto di rimanere 5 notti, a causa della cancellazione dei voli. Siamo stati costretti a riprogrammare la nostra permanenza non appena abbiamo ricevuto notizia della conferma di un volo di rimpatrio. Abbiamo chiesto al manager della struttura di venirci incontro con la modifica delle date ed è stato disponibile e comprensivo, senza addebitarci tutti i costi per la cancellazione anticipata. Riguardo alla struttura, ottime sia la posizione leggermente isolata rispetto alle spiagge, ma proprio per questo immersi nella tranquillità e nella bellezza della natura. Bellissima anche la piscina a sfioro. Colazione abbondante e preparata sul momento, camere grandi e moderne, silenziose e tranquille, con acqua calda e tv. Quale Villa vorrebbe essere un Resort di alta fascia, anche se secondo noi mancano ancora alcune piccole accortezze per fare il vero salto di qualità. I consigli che diamo sono i seguenti: - a/c nelle aree comuni, dove nelle giornate più calde un ventilatore non è sufficiente; - qualche sdraio in più a bordo piscina e più asciugamani e accessori nelle camere (ad es. Shampoo, saponette, ecc. Senza dover chiedere in reception) - prese elettriche universali nelle camere - a volte abbiamo fatto un po' fatica a comunicare in inglese Sono alcuni piccoli spunti di miglioramento. Per il resto, abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante interno, molto buono. Abbiamo anche chiesto il servizio lavanderia e sono stati super affidabili. Grazie e speriamo di rivederci

Besonders schöner Pool, alles sehr sauber und modern! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, durfte am Tag des Check-out noch am Pool bleiben und auch Kommunikation über Booking / Whatsapp lief problemlos! Vielen Dank

The site was extremely pretty with an infinity pool overlooking greenery. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
