Excellent property, quaint and centrally located. Very english and huge rooms. The service was outstanding. Freddie was extremely helpful.

The place was very quiet and the staff were well mannered.

The rooms in the basement were small and very cold in terms of temperature. As compared to the rooms in the ground floor.

Not recommended at all. The staff / manager (Nick) doesn’t know how to speak to customer. I booked a room 2 month prior and they shifted me to basement room by updating me 2 days prior. It’s was very difficult to book rooms any other place. They doesn’t bother to pick the phone , location is also not good.

From the outside, the venue was stunning. The rooms were okay too. The staff were so sweet and accommodating. I'd go back just for the staff.

I was in room 105 and I'm sorry to say but the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, stayed here 3 nights and I barely slept at all. I was achey for most of the stay. There was nowhere to hang clothes, towels provided were not of good quality. There's a lot that needs to be improved.
