For me. positive:- location is fine cleanliness is up to mark Staff are very polite and friendly parking area is good Food you can cook by yourself Food ordered from the premises is better than outside

negative:- rooms from the top side are glass and not covered by anything.so unusual lights disturb in morning while sleeping my tv was not working and no one tried to get that repaired even after asking. I booked another room and was forced to stay in a different one . Views from the rooms are just off the city part , don't expect mountain views from any room

It’s a home stay but they don’t have air conditioning

All the staff were so friendly and helpful which I would like to appreciate to them. I liked the location too. Neat and clean.. Everything is perfect 👌👌👌.. that is one of my top list to visit once more when I travel to shillong...
