Very nice old colonial house. Great location.

Service could be a little better. Sometimes no one is around if you need something

Cleanliness. Cooperative staff. Homely food. Very professional and polite proprietor (Ronan).

Communication with staff was a bit challenging. The breakfast portions (unless you opt for toast and eggs) were very less - there should be an option of getting extra puris/parathas on payment. In Shillong it isn’t easy to walk in to a breakfast place like other cities

The staff was very helpful and the view of the homestay is so serene. Easy access to the main places in Shillong and to the main road. The break fast and tea was good. The staff used to take orders for each meal and deliver on time.

The room downstairs is a little old, damp and cold.
