Super friendly hosts who were really helpful in recommending local activities and restaurants. Compact rooms but contained everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable beds.

Very narrow winding staircase to first floor room, not suitable for those with restricted mobility.

The location was amazing being close to amenities and local car park. We had a great view of Wells Harbour, and the Top Deck room we had was very quirky with beams in the ceilings and Fridge tea and coffee facilities in the room.

I liked every thing for what it is, but some people might find the spiral staircase difficult to access

Location was perfect, two minutes walk to the shops and cafes. Our top deck suite had a great view towards the harbour.

Stairs up to the top deck suite were very narrow .. but we were warned beforehand so it wasn't an issue.

The location and the room was okay.

Very poor Internet connection. Couldn't stream a movie, no parking next to the house, narrow, deep, winding stairs make it hard to go up and down. Not suitable for large people or elderly people. Poor bedding choice. I had to remove the rough textured bedding. There was no common arra to eat inside. We were told that we're not allowed to take fish inside the house. The weather wasn't great this weekend. It was a bit windy and cold and was unpleasant to eat outside the house. Wish there rules were added to the website prior to booking. Shower skirting was not fixed properly , so it kept on coming off. We had to put a rolled up towel between the sink and the skirting to stop it falling. The room came with complimentary tea and coffee, but the Kenco instant coffee was old and some silvery packets of unpleasant hot chocolate. Waste of effort. Other than the bedding, the bed was comfortable, and the room was airy and roomy.

Super clean and tidy. Really comfy and great location.

Long list of instructions for everything. Could be simpler.

Location - close to quay, shops, car parks, restaurants Facilities - everything there for a comfortable stay, en-suite bedrooms, living area, kitchen, outside courtyard.

Good location
