We had to confirm Booking five weeks before arrivals and when I called the hotel on the morning of the arrival they said there was no room available for me and I was very disappointed. I had to struggle finding another room in the town. It seems they sold my room to another in person for a higher price. I will never trust this kind of attitude

Very poor Customer service. the attitude of the receptionist was very rude
