The property is located in a bustling area, close to all major attractions easily accessible by auto and e-rickshaws.

Unfriendly and unhelpful reception, though the general staff were welcoming. The rooms are a tard small, cramped with furniture. The meals included in the tariff for guests is substandard, and is different from the normal restaurant menu. Even Breakfast has limited options. Overall, the experience was sweet & sour. Perhaps the hotel could improve upon these counts.
