Adel estuvo atenta, para el check-in nos dio las instrucciones precisas. El apartamento está bien para una estancia en Budapest, sin más.

Está un poco viejuno y nada coqueto. Las camas, no muy cómodas. El portal está sucio, lleno de basuras en el bajo, donde está la trastienda de un restaurante, que además hacen ruidos.

It is very noisy specially at night since there is the back door of a turkish restaurant directly into the courtyard of the building, they are loud and start moving garbage bins and cleaning late night. Lot of basic kitchen ustencils are missing, no proper kitchen towels, or garbage bags. We arrived late night not even 1 bottle of water was in the fridge, no tissue available also. Majority of the towels were still inside the dryer (the only positive thing is that there is a washing machine and a dryer) but you have also to get the laundry powder. The bed sheets were hang on the normal dryer inside the appartment (not sure what was the purpose of that). The entrance of the building and the walls were full of dust and dirty from the outside. I saw similar reviews posted before regarding same topics above but it is clear that nothing was done to rectify it.

The apartment itself is very comfortable with all necessities. It has two different bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a nice living room. It was well cleaned. It is located in an area with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies around.... Also it is near the corner of the Metro, just 2 stops from the city center and tram no 4 and 6 going towards Buda crossing nice areas of the city. Also many interesting places like the Jewish quarter and the Ruin bars are accessible by foot. The owner is very helpful if you are in need of... Both doors of the building and the apartment are being unlocked by electronic locks without keys.

One major problem is the back side of the restaurant located in front of the building. They have their trash bins in the inner yard and also do some cleaning work there. That means that they make enough noise even during quiet hours and there is always a bad smell coming from the restaurant kitchen and the garbage located there. The apartment is on the first floor without soundproofed windows, facing the inner yard. And when you open the windows to come fresh air inside, bad smells come always in in.
