Budapest Center Cozy Akacfa

Location, staff responsive great. The bed is comfortable as my preferences. Whole room was equipped with air conditioning and heater. Very considered with numbers of towels, toilets rolls.well maintained condition. The lif is bonus even aging but functional. Not noisy is extra bonus even located at one of happening street in Budapest.

Overall satisfactory of the unit. For improvement considering, maybe the common exterior building needs cleaning.

All you need is there - washing machine, cooking option, two bedrooms and living room space. Mostly liked location- quite central and close to all attractions. It was quiet as well which is nice in the city. Also good value for the money we paid. We were happy to spend three days there

The entrance to the apartment through back yard is quite not pleasant and you won’t get a nice view from your window but we were to explore city so it didn’t matter to us. A bit cold in the bathroom. we had electric heaters for the rooms

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the location is excellent—very close to the metro station and the city centre. The apartment comfortably accommodates four people and is warm, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay.

The room was not cleaned to the highest standard, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet.

The central location is great, it's right by subway and streetcar lines. It's also walking distance to the Keleti train station and several theaters. You're downtown, so bring earplugs. The size of the apartment is good for 3-4 people, for more it would feel crowded. The price was reasonable.

It was cold, the heat didn't work. The owner provided electric heaters, so we didn't freeze, but it wasn't comfortable. Especially the bathroom was chilly. For one night it was OK.

The location is very good, also the host was so helpful about everything we needed.

It can be noisy at night in the room with windows to the courtyard, but the other room is quite quiet.

Very clean and cozy. Host was very kind and location was very central. Wifi speed was amazing. Fully equipped with 3 air conditioners. Great price compared to the location and number of visitors it can support.

Apparently the quiet hours that are mentioned are only applicable to residents. The place was extremely noisy during the night. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and they were constantly carrying carts and garbage bins at night and pretty early in the morning.There were construction workers that were LITERALLY carrying bags of sand and cement at 3 am in the morning!
