Facilities were not the best and lacking a little bit of everything. Draft up and noisy
ESVery nice house with everything you need for a short stay. Easy to access and good water pressure for the shower.
There is some noise from the main highway, and occasional train but that is typical for kaikoura.

ITEverything was perfect, the house is a gem. We particularly loved the fact that the big windows made it bright and peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are two comfy couches to relax on and if needed there’s a washing machine for the laundry. There’s even a wonderful piece of view of the mountains and the ocean. The position is perfect, very close to everything. Definitely worth the money, would love to stay again. Bonus: many cute birds around!

Awkward parking. No privacy. Tired uncomfortable lounge seating. Insufficient linen for length of stay. Worn sheets with small holes. Oven not clean. Poor rubbish instructions so outside bin very smelly from previous visitors.
