Mamora Ubud Villas

Nice bedroom with terrace, comfortable bed and good breakfast. The reception is open 24/7 and the staff is very kind and welcoming.

The villas are located in a remote area which is amazing if you want to relax, but if you want to reach the city you need a taxi.

It’s complicated to enter villas territory by motorbike or car. Please fix the road ^^ And there is a rooster living under the windows. So every morning it start signing from the early time

Our room was facing construction works. It is not walkable distance from almost anything. A bit noisy during the morning given the windows don’t shut completely.

Location between ubud center and location around ubud to visit nature spots as tegalalang rice field

Cold water and no internet for a while the first day but could happen

Decent size beds and rooms.

Lots of things but worst one was health concerns for kids and family 1. On arrival, noticed broken concrete at the entrance so car can’t enter the premises 2 lot of open gutters with broken areas exposing dirty water and attracting bugs and mosquitoes 3 staff was surprised when we mentioned about checking in, took few minutes for him to find out the booking details. Staff was polite but definitely inexperienced to handle anything. 4. We ordered Vegetarian breakfast, but terrible quality of food. Fruit platter was off, burnt and hard toast, everything was inedible. 5. Rooms and property was big but definitely had own issues, after staying one night we had to vacate, group of 3 families. Kids and adults developed bad rash, swollen and itchy skins, no help from staff when we requested to checkout early, kept on saying that you have booked from booking. Com so you have to contact them, we are not able to help you. Booking.com customer service is terrible too, no reply till now since we messaged them informing of health hazard. We checked out early and definitely would not recommend anyone to stay at this property. Very poor management at the property. They could see the kids and adults with health concerns but no help at all.

The villa was really good and comfortable

I had to vacate the villa due to a health hazard. The property has open gutters outside the property without any cover and also has a lot of mosquitoes with other small insects. The reception also has mosquitoes in front of their eyes but the staff denies it. The car cannot even enter the villas because there is a big broken gutter just outside the villas. The management didn't assist with the cancellation. Kids got allergic reactions and rashes. The food was also not in good condition so nobody ate the whole breakfast. Staff on site are nice and do want to help but could not due to poor management. Bad choice for family with kids.
