"Very nice villa, but delayed pick-up service"

The villa is very beautiful and well-equipped. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the pool perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Nothing to complain about the property itself, but we had booked a transfer from the airport to the villa through the accommodation and the pick-up was 2 hours late. We still got charged the full price and the customer service stopped responding after we got picked up. That was quite disappointing.

"Terrible."

No, the access at the roadside was so bad that even cars could not drive over. It’s been this way for more than a year apparently and is extremely dangerous. Do much for caring about their guests.

Wifi was very weak , electricity was not available on the second day. No hot water for two days and the AC leaked all over my clothes. A very bad experience.

Modern building

Actually this villa have a great potential with the new building and modern touch. But there are many questionable things that happened when me and my partner stay here. 1. The breakfast was really confusing. They served it cold. My egg was sweet on the day 1, I was complain and they decided to insert cheese inside. Can you make the egg like normal with salt. 2. The room is big but i guess they're not soundproof. Can hear people laughing and talking from outside. And please becareful if they put you at room 101, it's near rooster cage. 😅 3. Wifi is really terrible. Can't connect always buffering. They also don't have any account for any channel available 😅😅 4. And the highlight was there was a cockroach when we got back from outside🫠🫠 Please Mamora you can do better

"Comfortable and welcoming stay."

This was the first place I stayed when I arrived in Bali and it was so nice and relaxing. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. My stay was very comfortable and felt very safe as a solo traveller. Really easy to get a grab scooter into the centre of Ubud and nice to be out of the centre where it is peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
