Not good, The service was highly disappointing. Hot water was unavailable, and the air conditioner was not functioning. Additionally, the General Manager, Mr. Rithin, behaved in an unprofessional and rude manner, which further worsened the experience.

The service was highly disappointing. Hot water was unavailable, and the air conditioner was not functioning. Additionally, the General Manager, Mr. Rithin, behaved in an unprofessional and rude manner, which further worsened the experience.

The hotel is located outside the main town, but the location is still quite convenient. Rooms were clean, well-lit, and equipped with good Wi-Fi. Staff were generally friendly and responsive, with the exception of the restaurant team.

The bathroom had serious drainage issues — water from the shower accumulated and spilled into the room. Persistent foul smell (like drainage/gutter) in the bathroom and even in the reception area. Breakfast was à la carte, but poorly handled. The waiter wouldn’t share the full list of available items unless we explicitly asked. Food taste was average at best. Shockingly, the kitchen didn’t even have basic items like butter — a clear indicator of substandard dining services.

Excellent service. All amenities provided at room including iron box and board. Excellent location. Nearest to SBI LHO Thiruvananthapuram.
