Breakfast, not refilling the basket when it gets empty. No proper breakfast

Clean space, modern design and bathroom. They even have a hair dryer! Cushy tables and chairs for lounging in the room is a plus. Quiet and effective AC. Staff are friendly are quick and ready to accommodate and met my every request in a timely manner. Water boiler with tea and coffee, water, and fridge are all there. Breakfast is usually just one item on a per-order basis (it’s included) but it’s good and tasty (I had the dosa). Good mood lighting too in the room.

Not a big deal but I put a dirty plate out to be taken away and it was left there for at least 24 hours. Also the music out in the hallway is a bit loud especially at night (staff readily turned it off when asked), suggestion would be to not play music at all at night. Wished the color of the lights were a bit warmer and brighter in the bathroom and not the cold bluish white. Wish there could be a luggage rack so I don’t have to put my luggage in the ground. Weight scale also is out of battery.

We took a suit room, the bathroom was big and luxurious. Bed was comfortable. Food was reasonably priced.

Breakfast spread was poor, service was bad. Bad view for the room. No 24-hour dining.

We stayed in Emily’s by JDaniels on December 14th and 16th nights. Their hospitality and customer service is a top notch. My mother has knee issues so the room they offered was senior citizen friendly and my parents were very comfortable in moving around. They even accommodated and offered us early breakfast as my father needs food immediately after his insulin shot. They take customer’s feedback seriously and try everything to make the customer happy. The best part is that they have a separate vegetarian dining area. Being a vegetarian family, this made my senior folks very happy. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is close to many attractions within Trivandrum. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel and definitely recommend it. Thank you, Emilys by JDaniels for making our stay memorable.
