"Wunderschönes Riad mit tollem Service"

Sehr liebe Mitarbeiter und zuvorkommender Service. Immer verfügbar und daran interessiert, eine Lösung zu finden oder bei der Tagesplanung zu unterstützen. Großzügiges Zimmer und Bad mit tollem Dekor. Alles neu und sauber. Das Frühstück wurde persönlich zubereitet, es gab jeden Tag eine Abwandlung mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Tee, Kaffee und war sehr großzügig. Wir durften es auf dem Balkon in der Sonne einnehmen. Zentrale Lage in der Medina und eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Kleine Details wie ein Nachttischchen würden helfen. Die Badezimmertür ging nicht richtig zu (vermutlich etwas verzogen, die wirklich schöne Holztür). Es gibt keine riesengroße Auswahl beim Frühstück, aber dafür ist es persönlich und frisch. Es ist ein Riad für alle, die es lieber klein und persönlich schätzen, als groß und unpersönlich.

Can’t complain. Location , hospitality and food I give 5 stars . I want to thank and give best regards to the staff specially Najiz from receiving us to departure he made sure we felt comfortable and safe. And big thanks to the young and smart boy during night shift Youssef you took care of us . And also want to thank to the owner of the property. Thank inshallah will come back soon and stay here .

Een heerlijk ontbijt , de beste tijdens onze vakantie in Marrakech ( 3 lokaties) , kleinschalig , met persoonlijke touch

De bedden echt keihard en dekbed leek op een krakende krant

Riad in great location. Staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Riad was spotlessly clean. Bed was large and super comfy. Shower was powerful with oodles of hot water

Personnel très Agréable, le Riad a très peu de logements mais cela permet de garder son authenticité. Il est à 8 minutes de la koutoubia, la déco est top et il est dans un quartier calme

Peut être varier un peu plus le petit déjeuner mais sinon il était très bien et maison
