On the first night both the aircon and WiFi did not work which resulted in a very difficult nights sleep

Had a wonderful stay with my two kids. Location was central and very close the medina. The riad was beautiful inside and clean. All the staff were really welcoming and helpful especially yousef who looked after me and my kids and helped with anything we asked. Breakfast was amazing and very filling.

Internet went down for a day, but the manager was really understanding and helpful and came down to the riad himself to have the problem sorted.

Tot el personal encantador, amable i atent. Ajudant en qualsevol moment que els hi ho demanis. El riad es precios i ben situar dins la medina, dins una zona tranquila i a 15-20minuts dels principals atractius de la ciutat. Molt recomanble l'esmorzar i el tracte dins un espai molt bonic.

L'unic a millorar és la senyalització o explicacions per arribar-hi, realment dificil de trobar pero Mehdi molt amablament va venir a buscar-nos a la ubicació on li varem indicar per acompanyar-nos personalment a la porta. Varem arribar de nit i plovent, feia fred, i de seguida ens va confortar amb uns datils i llet calenta.

Riad molto carino e confortevole. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Colazione ricca. Il primo giorno ci siamo accorti di un problema al condizionatore ed il giorno dopo era già stato risolto! Posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i siti e vicino a dove passano tanti taxi.

Al nostro arrivo è stato difficile trovare il riad, in quanto è in una stradina appartata senza indicazioni di alcun tipo. Consiglierei allo staff di dare preventivamente qualche indicazione in piu a chi deve arrivare.

Riad Chic!!! Amazing property in the Medina of Marrakech. Close enough to all the key attractions whilst also set a little out of the main square for some peace and quiet in the evening. The Riad itself was very well presented with Breakfast included each morning. The staff could not do enough for us, Mehdi looked after us for the week serving our breakfast each morning and very accommodating throughout. Mehdi met us from our taxi on the first night and regularly offered advice and help throughout our stay. Mohamed also welcomed us and again very hospitable throughout our stay. Very impressed with staff and breakfast. Would highly recommend the Riad and would return when we go back to Marrakech! They also have their own Cafe - Cafe Chic a short walk from the Riad which deliver exceptional Frappuccino’s!

The Riad was a little cold at night but no fault of the guys themselves just to note take some extra layers for the evening as temperatures can drop.
