"Lovely stay, friendly staff."

Lovely staff, clean and a pleasant swimming pool. An easy walk to the Zocolo.

For a Brit like me who loves tea, I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but it made us explore the gorgeous cafes in Oaxaca!

El hotel es muy bonito, la limpieza excelente, los cuartos son muy amplios, todo el personal es muy amable y la ubicación es excelente, caminando llegas al centro y hay muchos restaurantes cerca. El área de la alberca es muy agradable. El hotel es tranquilo y apacible, no es ruidoso.

Tiene piscina, aunque no la usamos. Está relativamente cerca de la zona céntrica.

Las camas son incómodas. La habitación en general está algo desgastada. No se puede oscurecer al completo la habitación. No dejan gel de baño, champú, etc. a no ser que lo solicites.

Es un hotel bien colonial.

El lugar donde está ubicado el lugar no es muy lindo. Si bien estás a 4 cuadras del centro histórico bonito, el hotel está en una zona oscura rodeada de muchos comercios y en la noche no nos dio seguridad para poder caminar por allí. Las habitaciones no tienen cortina black out

Personal amigable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y de buen tamaño con aire acondicionado. El baño de buen tamaño. Hotel ubicado a 10 minutos a pie del Zócalo.

Las calidad de algunas toallas no era la mejor.
