The host was extremely friendly and hospitality was outstanding, the bathroom and bedroom were spotless.

No AC in the rooms, it was like a sauna in the room, but luckily mohamed found me a fan which helped me to get some sleep after the first night.

It is located at the heart of the Medina. Very close to the Bab El Mansour and Lahdim plaza. The neighbourhood is also very calm and safe.

The room and bathroom could be cleaned better to freshen up the general smell

"Very central located in the heart of the medina...."

The location in the heart of the medina is fantastic I asked for a room with a window due to my caustrophobia and I was provided with a nice room almost at the top of the building. The off season roomrate is nice and I will not complain about the contruction next to the Dar because that seems to be a ongoing problem till the renavation of the medina is finished. MIND YOUR HEAD WHEN YOU NEED TO GO TO THE UPPER ROOMS....

During my 4 day stay in October I was one of very few guests. The staff was far from experienced and English was not spoken, but the translator on our mobile phones helped. I have spoken with the owner once; via the telephone. The coffee that comes with the breakfast is a joke...
