DAR ALKATIB MEKNES

A wonderful place in the middle of the Medina with a very friendly host. One should know that you have to park your car with ten minutes walking distance.

The Riad is like hidden gem in the medina labirin. Very helful staff and good breakfast. Feel at home.

Too small bed

The room was not cleaned for three nights. After I received the room( after one hour) , the hostel owner woke me up to order me to change the room, under the pretext that they had made a mistake in providing the room.

Great place, peaceful yet central and great views from the balcony.

all riads are not equal! this property was by far the best riad stay of my recent trip to morocco. the owner/host was charming and very helpful. the property was both beautiful and confortable. i'd reccommend dar alkatib to anyone planning a visit to meknes.

The riad has a very charming owner. It is easy to find, an old building nicely decorated, with comfort better than expected. Medina is very busy during the day, but calm and quiet during nights and mornings. The location was great for visiting Dar Jamai Museum (splendid) and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. For the rest, unfortunately, Meknes is like a great construction site for the restoration of most of the historical landmarks.

If you don't like to negotiate for asked prices, people will take advantage of you. However, sometimes I think it's not worth putting too much effort into it.

A wonderful place to stay in Meknes. The receptionist, Muhammad was very friendly and helpful and was always around to ensure my stay was smooth and comfortable. The room I was staying in was very clean and comfortable.

Nothing. I wished I could have stayed for another night.

Central location. In the heart in the Medina. Beautiful riad. Tasty breakfast.
