No crib available for my moving toddler, no towels at the pool, system crashed at check in, staff for rude to my daughter and friend.

Breakfast was good; something for everyone however the orange juice was awful. I very much appreciate that you supplied NOT just coffee but tea in the room. I carry my own because it is often not supplied. Thank you
