The hotel was only 10 minutes to Mohegan sun. And a 3 minute drive to town to eat.

They do not have shuttle service as advertised on booking description. There is a sign for a sports bar on entrance, but it is not open. We were hoping to grab food then shuttle to casino for a concert.

Nothing.

Walls are paper thin, everything can be heard easily. Guests fighting at 3:30 am and kept throwing things and arguing until around 5:30 am. (Did call front desk, said they are investigating and sounded annoyed that i called!). These guests were 2-3 doors down and we heard everything! HUGE gap between the door and door jam, we could see into the hallway. Floor was weak in spots so it sunk in. Sheets were a weird polyester type fabric that kept us HOT all night. Not comfortable! Parking lot not plowed well, huge piles of snow in spaces, almost unable to find a space at night. There was a strange spot on the mirror, not a defect, just carved, perfectly round that pointed toward the shower and toilet. Seemed odd since it was the only one and in that spot. Made up concerned about cameras, etc. It sounds crazy, i know. Windows were filthy, could barely see out. Had to strain to see if it was snowing or not. So much grime. There is more but there is not enough time or space here. The WORST STAY EVER!

Proximity to casino at reasonable rate

There is no sound barrier between rooms/hallway. We were woken up at 6 am and could not get to sleep due to very loud guests. We could hear every word and was LOUD. .

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well decorated. The beds were comfy too.

The breakfast was the same every morning, I would have liked a few other options.
