Best thing about the property was that it was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Really good bathroom showers.

"Great place, perfect location, and a really helpful owner."

The apartment was modern, stylish, and really comfortable. The location was perfect, right in front of Havelock Mall, so everything was super convenient. The balcony was a nice touch, great for relaxing. Check in was easy, the place was well-maintained, and the owner was incredibly helpful, which made the stay even better.

"Ergonomically designed facilities"

No comment. Ergonomically designed or engineered building and facilities; a luxury look and feel. Enjoyed our memorable stay with our families. Excellent view. This is a hidden gem within the city. Luckily found out. Staff were excellent. Easier and rapid communication. Cleanness Room size and elevation were excellent; I haven’t seen much like this around many other countries I have travelled.

Surrounding roads needs attention; maybe possible if discussed with local authorities. Television maybe upgraded with a cloth dryer.

Modern and clean apartment a stone throw away from a modern mall and close to most locations of interest in Colombo. Highly recommended for large groups. Checking in and out was made very easy by the owner, who was always available to respond to any query and assist.

The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to the city’s main attractions, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall experience.

There was nothing I didn’t like about my stay here.
