Location is pretty good and convenient

The host was easy to communicate with and we loved our stay.

As an experienced and frequent visitor to Colombo I can honeslty say he appartment had everything you could want for a short stay. The location was excellent being opposite the new Havelock shopping mall. The appartment was beautifully furnished and every room had a balcony with a view to different aspects of Colombo. Security was excellent and the owners attentive and responsive. A 10 out of 10 experience and I will be back very soon

A very small comment is to provide coffee, milk and sugar for the first day until settled in. The tea provided was lovely.

It was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Joseph's place and would highly recommend it to others.

A really nice clean, fresh apartment. Great communication from the owner and a really nice security guard looking after the apartments. Super comfy beds. Everything you need inc great kitchen. Big tv with good internet so you can get Netflix etc. AC and fans everywhere. Roof top pool was really clean and we had it all to ourselves! There's a little gym upstairs but very little equipment inside. We loved the location. Opposite Havelock mall so any shopping you need is right across the street. 10mins in a tuk tuk to lots of really nice bars and restaurants. Overall it's a perfect place for a city break or stopover. 10/10!!

Loved the apartment, it was spacious, clean and comfy with a scenic view from the rooms and the living room.the host was friendly and helpful.and the place is located near malls and restaurants highly recommended for a cozy stay in colombo😍
