Ottima accoglienza con staff molto gentile e disponibile. Gentile e disponibile la proprietaria ad accogliere senza problemi una richiesta extra. Camera molto bella ed accogliente, pulita silenziosa. Ottima esposizione con panorama.

La colazione si può migliorare, buona senz'altro. Mancavano le classiche brioche, mancava il pane fresco e classici panini, solo fette.

Bellissima location, nuova e con arredi shabby chic, a circa 20 Min a piedi dal centro storico. Camera spaziosa, pulitissima, con balcone da cui si gode una vista mozzafiato sul panorama. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Una nota speciale per i prodotti da bagno all'olio d'oliva.

Non influisce assolutamente sul giudizio, ma se posso dare un consiglio, togliete la gran quantità di fiori finti all'ingresso della struttura.

Simple but very smart and effective accommodation, more B&b than a hotel but as per comfort rather the hotel. everything is new and well operating. Good quality of facilities, bedding and equipment. Shower super strong. Calm and quiet, view is spectacular. Breakfast has all necessary - omelet, yogurts, pastry, fruits, sweet options and cold cuts. Climate control works perfectly. Pillows initially proposed were extremely hard, but the fourth night there appeared two more options in the wardrobe, much better. Pity we didn't ask at the beginning. Parking a bit outside, you have to walk 3 minutes. Gates to the historical city is 3 minutes away, however the very center is about 20 mins walking and as Perugia in on the hills be prepared to climb up the streets.

Would be nice if pillows options were proposed from the start, otherwise everything was perfect.
