"Comunicazione con il cliente ed informazioni su costi e servizi da rivedere"

Camera ampia, ben arredata e con uno splendido panorama. Il personale è stato molto gentile. La colazione è stata buonissima, servita con sottofondo musicale e in una sala arredata con un gusto molto ricercato.

La scarsa comunicazione e chiarezza relativa ad alcuni servizi. In particolare, il pagamento di 10 euro al giorno (previamente comunicato) per il parcheggio dell'auto senza alcuna indicazione circa il fatto che lo spazio a ciò adibito era su strada e non in un luogo chiuso. Oltre a ciò, la richiesta di un supplemento giornaliero di 15 euro al giorno (non comunicato, neppure nella mail di conferma in cui erano state specificate tutte le condizioni di soggiorno, e nonostante la prenotazione fosse avvenuta con richiesta specifica di struttura dog friendly) per la presenza di un animale domestico, peraltro senza alcun servizio aggiuntivo (ciotola con acqua, cuccia, etc...).

Super Lage

Das es zum Frühstück keine Brötchen oder Brote sowie keine Tomaten,Gurke, Paprika usw. gibt.Das wächst alles frisch in Italien. Ich glaube in Italien frühstückt man eher mit süßen Sachen (verschiedene Kuchen ).
